Placing an order
Here you can find answers to most frequently asked questions about Qfaves Purchase, Payments, Shipping, Promotions etc..
Ordering is straightforward when you shop with QFAVES. Choose the product(s) that you want and add to your basket. You will then be instructed to add in your contact and delivery address details.
Once this is completed, you will be presented with your payment option. The manual payment allows you to pay for your order by either physically going into any Zenith Bank branch near you to pay cash directly into our business bank account or if you use online banking, you can make an online transfer to our bank account.
Our bank details are sent to you in your order confirmation email and also displayed on the order confirmation page as soon as you place your order. You will then have 48 hours to make your payment to our bank account using either method we have described above.
Once your payment is verified by us and confirmed as received, we will begin processing your order. This will be followed by another email showing you the details of what you ordered as well as your tracking number.
In the event that a product you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you of this in a separate email and you will be given the option to choose another alternative or wait until the product is in stock, however if you do not like the alternative offered or prefer not to wait until the item is in stock, then we will refund the amount you paid in FULL.
Orders can be cancelled ONLY WHEN your order has not been processed.
Orders with us are usually processed on the same day when you place the order. If you want an order cancelled then YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY as we are NOT able to cancel an order once it has been processed.
We also DO NOT offer refunds once we have sent your order.
If you change your mind and notify us within 48 hours of placing your order, we will refund you the amount you paid in FULL provided that by the time you notify us that we have not already shipped your order.
To receive a refund after we have sent your item, you must return the item to us UNOPENED and UNUSED together with the contents to our office address which you can find on our contact us page.
The cost incurred in returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please ensure that your order is correct when placing the order as we will not be able to correct any mistakes you make once the order is processed.
Absolutely. QFAVES is a trading name of NEUCLO TECHNOLOGY LTD which is fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commision of Nigeria and we work with reputable global companies who also demand that we follow strict procedures and standards.
We will always keep you informed on the progress of your order and you can enquire by telephone or by email and will always do our best to ensure your safety and trust whenever your use our site.
We advice our customers to wait a week to receive their products. On some orders, it may take anywhere between 7-15 days.
This is just a guide/estimate as actual delivery times can take longer under certain circumstances.
Where this happens, please do not panic we will do our best to contact you to update you of the situation and advice you of a new delivery date if it applies.
Everytime you order with QFAVES, you are given a unique tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your delivery from start to finish.
We offer an after sales service for product spare parts supply only. (On certain products like mobile phones, laptops)
We DO NOT offer repair services however you are able to order spare parts for any phone that you purchase from us at an additional cost.
The parts will be shipped to you free of charge and you can take your spare parts along with your phone to a local repairs shop to get your phone fixed.
Most items on our shop including mobile phones, laptops, smart watches come with manufactures warranty.
Full details of the warranty will be covered in the product manual of the item you buy.
Returns and exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
